Description:

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager Regional Manager

Classification: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: The Territory Manager works to effectively promote products and services to referral sources. They are responsible for helping to identify new markets and maintaining good relationships with current referral sources.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily sales calls detailing urology offices, primary care offices and skilled nursing facilities to market urology products and generate new referrals
  • Monitor sales performance, generate daily sales call reports and weekly expense reports as directed by management team
  • Participate in marketing activities as requested by management team
  • Monthly sales meetings with the entire sales and management team (In person or Microsoft Teams)
  • Willing to be trained in pertinent areas of equipment/supplies
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing to urology offices preferred
  • 1-2 years of medical sales experience required
  • Detail oriented and comfortable communicating with medical professionals
  • Good oral and written communication skills in individual and group settings
  • Able to recognize the needs and concerns of people to result in constructive working relationships
  • Able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent driving record Qualifications

Physical:

  • In an average 8-hour day the employee lifts/carries up to 20 pounds occasionally
